What do I need to do if I am moving bases?

PCS'ing to a new base?

Great news! Boingo works exactly the same way on 60+ military bases, so you can most likely use your account at your new base. It's easy. When you arrive, we'll automatically detect your devices and put them online -- just like we do at your current base.

If you decide to inactivate your account until you arrive, no problem. Follow these steps to cancel your account. 

1. Sign in to My Account
2. Navigate to "My Plan"
3. Select "Cancel My Plan"
4. Follow the prompts and confirm

Note: Your subscription will stop at the end of your billing cycle. If you have a 1-day or 1-week plan, your service will expire automatically at the end of the term.    

When you arrive at your new base, follow these simple steps to reactivate.

1. Sign in to My Account
2. Select "Choose a New Plan" or "Reactivate My Plan" at the top of the page
3. Select the plan that works best for you
