How can I troubleshoot connection issues?

Sometimes there is a very simple fix if you are experiencing problems. Try these easy steps to get you back online. 

1. Confirm your Wi-Fi is turned on and you're connected to the network named "Boingo Wireless," "yourbasename_Wi-Fi," "Boingo Wireless & yourlocation," or similar.
2. Check your Wi-Fi signal strength. If it is low, try moving to an area with a stronger signal.
3. Check the MAC address of your device and make sure it is listed correctly in your account.
4. Try turning your device off and back on again. Rebooting your device will sometimes correct connection problems.
5. If you can see the "Boingo Wi-Five" network, try connecting to it for improved gaming and streaming.
