How do I reactivate my account?

Welcome back! Reactivating your account is easy. Here's how:

1. Sign in to My Account. If you forgot your username or password, reset it here.
2. Select "Choose a New Plan" or "Reactivate My Plan" at the top of the page and select the plan that works best for you.

Once your account is active, it's time to get your devices online. Completely power off your devices and wait 10 minutes. When you power back up, your devices should connect automatically.
