What do I do if my Passpoint is not working?



Passpoint not working? Follow these simple troubleshooting steps: 

1. Check that your certificate is still valid 
  • Go to Settings > General > Profile
  • Current Profile should say "Verified"

2. Delete and re-add your profile 
  • Go to Settings > General > Profile
  • Select Boingo Passpoint Secure 
  • On the bottom, tap "Delete Profile"
  • Re-download the Passpoint profile 

Passpoint is available on:

- iOS7 (or higher)
- iPhone 5 (or higher) and iPad 3rd Generation (or higher)
- Android 6.0 (or higher)
- Mac Laptops: OSX Mavericks and OSX Yosemite (or higher) (sign up using Safari)
- Windows 10 (or higher)
